Each month, we invite exclusive guests who have found success in the industry and invite them to share knowledge on industry-specific topics. Our aim is to provide you with a wholesome understanding of the fitness industry, offer free personal development and help you gain more confidence so you can become a better personal trainer.
It is also a great opportunity to network and meet other trainers from many different fields in fitness.

This month our guest speaker is Brandon Greco. Brandon is an epic coach who has worked in the industry for the last 11 years. He has coached a multitude of athletes who have gone on to win both National and International powerlifting titles.
Using strength and conditioning based exercises in a training program has become popular. But understanding what this is doing for your body can sometimes get a little hazy. Brandon will be taking us through the biomechanicals functions of the body through the big 3 movements in powerlifting of the squat, bench press and deadlift.
