Fitness Industry Training SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness is a great starting point for anyone whose goal is to build a career in the fitness industry. You can choose your own hours and even be your own boss.
The SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to confidently enter the fitness industry as a fully-qualified gym instructor or group fitness instructor.

This course will give you the ability to instruct a variety of exercise programs in fitness centres or outdoor environments. Training with FiT will prepare you to work with individuals and small groups, with skill levels ranging from beginner and intermediate through to advanced.
To qualify for this course, you must:
- Be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand or hold a permanent resident visa,
- Be at least 15 years old; if you are under 18, you will need consent from a parent or guardian, and
- Have passed a Language Literacy Numeracy (L.L.N.) test
When can I start?
You can start your study with us at any time throughout the year. You also have the opportunity to join any of our virtual interactive workshops.
What is the duration?
You have a maximum of 12 months to complete this program from the time of enrolment; but you can study at a pace that suits your lifestyle.

You must hold a current first aid and C.P.R. certificate to complete the course. We deliver first aid courses on a regular schedule throughout the year that are open for all students to attend.
